Times:10:30am 11:30am Instructor: Lydia Lytle Water exercise is a great way to get the benefits of a fitness workout without the sweat and usual injury risks. It reduces the burden on stress-bearing joints and muscles making it less likely to cause injury or muscle soreness. Water exercise burns calories, builds cardio endurance; and increases muscle strength, flexibility and lung capacity. The movement of water against and over the body results in both massage and relaxation providing a calming effect. Its also more discreet than other forms of exercise because its performed under water! So why wait--take the plunge! (This co-rec class is held in shallow water. Sandals or water shoes are suggested for locker rooms.)

The following activities for people 50+ are free of charge and are held at the Community Center. The regular participants would like to invite anyone interested to join them for these exciting activities.
