Basketball Camp Schedule
The daily program includes:
General conditioning for all ages, including some aerobic sessions (by an expertise trainer).
Basket technique work and other elements (passing, shooting, bouncing, defense, physicalcondition…), by stations and quality levels.
On-court detailed analysis and explanation on the excellent execution of the technicalelements worked during the stations.
Training in tactical situations.
Competitions: 1-on-1, 3-on-3, free throws, 3 points, lay-ups, and 5-on-5. These competitionswill be an exciting and funny way of finishing the day and, at the end of the Campus, allplayers will receive their prizes.
Time for rest and meals.
MORNING: INDIVIDUAL PLAY ASPECTS
(16 groups of 7-8 players)
Duration of each session: 20 minutes. Different work in both baskets and both halls. A total of 16different trainings at the same time, 1 coach per basket and 1 support trainer for thedevelopment of each session. Each player will make 6 morning sessions, rotating from one basketor hall to another, according to the schedule.
