This is a product which involves human-computer interaction technologies targeting next-generation computers in emerging segments in each of education, enterprise, and consumer markets. The interactive board has developed is disruptive mobile computing platform which bridges the gap between humans and computers. nAZDAQ-KETAB flagship platform based product enabling ubiquitous computing like nAZDAQ-KETAB Engage. nAZDAQ-KETAB Engage is a collaboration and interaction solution series for education and corporate markets designed from the bottom-up to fit demanding needs of users in learning and working environments requiring use of enriching content and productivity applications. Such environments are ideally in-classroom tutoring, brainstorming and general presentation sessions.

Introduction of the product Desktop Virtualization (thin client) Virtualization is a software technology that is rapidly transforming the IT landscape and fundamentally changing the way that people compute. Simply put, virtualization technologies insert a thin layer of software (called a "hypervisor") on hardware or a host operating system. This software lets you run multiple operating systems and applications on a single physical machine, sharing the resources of that machine across multiple environments The technology was first used by IBM in the 1960s in order to more efficiently use the expensive processing power of mainframe computers. With today's powerful hardware, this technology is now able to be run on regular servers, or even on desktop PCs and is fast becoming a de facto standard in IT environments worldwide.

Uses of Desktop Virtualization: A simple use for desktop virtualization involves remote administrationwhere the controlling computer will work almost the same as on a duplicate desktop, except that the actions of the controlling computer may be almost unnoticeable on the remote computer display. This differs from simple remote desktop software in that several people can use the same controlling computer at once, without disturbing each others' work. This could be useful for several administrators doing different tasks on the same server. It can also be used for using hardware attached to the controlled computer, without disturbing a person who may already be using the computer. However, a major use spreads the resources of one machine to several users. In some cases one can buy one large computer (or server) and several thin clients or dumb terminals, rather than purchasing a complete computer for each physical workstation. The controlling thin-client computers need only enough resources to run the remote controlling software, therefore virtualization can provide a very simple and cheap computing system. Users of such a "thin client" or "dumb terminal" may not even know that "their" software actually runs on another computer. If one already has enough computers, but they are not powerful enough, only one new computer may be needed, with the old ones re-usable as thin clients.

9.1 My Role:
Among various products and services I was given the opportunity to work in the marketing sales department of Nazdaq Technologies for three months. During my period as an intern in the Product Management and sales, I have been assigned to work on sales under marketing department. Among all the products and solutions of Nazdaq Technologies, I was given the responsibilities to work on two of their product, Interactive Board and Desktop virtualization.

14

My assigned supervisor in Nazdaq Technologies was Mr. Rahimuddin Ahmed Mozumder, who is the program manager of the company. So I got the opportunity to work with all the members of the team at various projects at various times. My key responsibility as an Intern, which is given in the flow chart is explained below: Request from client: When the strategies and the clients were set, and the client asks for the product presentation and product demonstration, it was my responsibility to pass the message to the authority for the next step to follow. Negotiation and planning presentation: After assessing the customers previous and existing conditions, the marketing team and sales teams sits together to share ideas and experience, and I was one of them to take part in the discussion if I have any, and then the marketing team starts negotiation and setting the plans and strategies to approach the client and to negotiate the deal. Human resource assessment: After the marketing team is done with the planning, it was the next step taken by the HR, they allocate the resources which team to take care of that individual client and create presentation. Planning the presentation: After I m allocated by the HR to the specific customers, we the sales teams, used to sit together for planning the presentation, what are their existing infrastructure is, what needs to be added to the presentation and what the customer needs. Preparing the presentation: After we were done with planning of the presentation, it was my responsibilities to create the slides as I was the main presenter and I had to maintain the sequences in the way I feel comfortable to present the presentation.

15

Giving the presentation: After we were all set for the presentation, we used to go to the presentation venue 30 minutes before the schedule time in order to set our presentation set-ups and after that we used to deliver our presentation on the product. Create the report: After we were done with the presentation, we had to write an assessment on the presentation that we delivered, whether the client will be a good prospect for the company. How much is the possibility for us to sell the products and then send it to the management. Stated above are the responsibilities that I had to meet almost every day as part of my routine tasks. Apart from these responsibilities I also had to get involve in different projects and work as per needed. My colleagues were very helpful and they believed in me a lot to assign me different kind of activities in order to ensure that I gather valuable experience and knowledge about how products are developed and maintained throughout their lifetime.

10. Conclusion:
After getting an opportunity to do the internship in this pioneer in this form of technological company of Bangladesh has been a great experience. It was a great honor for me to work in such a professional company where everything is so organized and perfect. The corporate culture that I learned from Nazdaq Technologies Inc, is a thing to be mentioned especially and adapting to it was a big challenge in such an early stage of my career. The things I learnt from real time work experience for the first time has indeed been a privilege. Being actively involved in the development of products and services has definitely increased my corporate knowledge about technological industry and developed leadership skills as I was entitled to plan and carry out different projects. To work in such a big organization was a pressure itself and adapting to this pressure was also a new experience. After completion of my work tenure as an intern, I feel blessed to have learned so many things in such a short span of time. New learnings and helpful attitude of colleagues is a thing to be remembered for a long time. I certainly believe this experience of working in Nazdaq Technologies will help me to be a successful professional in life and also work as an added advantage for the years to come. Thanks to Nazdaq Technologies for giving me a head start in my career.
