Interactive Teaching Session

The training sessions have been designed to accommodate 15 students per batch. This is to ensure
trainers can give personal attention to each student. It is also observed through our experience that
students feel more comfortable voicing their opinions in a small batch. There is also a very high level
of interaction between the students and the faculty as compared to a large classroom.

Exposure to the Requirements of the Industry

The course modules are designed keeping the latest industrial trends in mind and only the relevant
subjects are taught. The training includes extensive project work and live audio visual examples
picked from architecture, manufacturing/ product design, civil engineering, web- design and software
development firms. Due to our strong links with local businesses in Chandigarh, we very often invite
industry specialist to interact with the students. This helps in gaining confidence to enter the industry
with theoretical knowledge as well as a thorough understanding of the practical workings of the

Personality Development

This is a key part of the learning curve at Seer Ambit. Whilst having the knowledge of one’s core
subject is important in terms of theory and practical it is also very important to have the right attitude
to project it onto others. Personality development and grooming session has specially been
incorporated with our understanding of the requirement of being able to work as a part of a team,
communicate effectively and present ideas in a crisp manner and most of all belong to your
workplace. The session also focuses on CV making skills.

Industrial Visit

Seer Ambit over the years has built a network of strong tie ups with local businesses in and around
Chandigarh. The students are taken on an industrial visit as a part of the training curriculum. This is to
enhance learning outcomes of classroom training as well as familiarize students with the industrial
environment and the type of work that they might be doing in their professional careers.
