After doing some research, they realize that there are some long-term effects of oil prices on the agriculture, construction, manufacturing and transportation sectors. The oil price instability can influence the performance of the said sectors because these sectors depend on oil to produce output. Several issues have emerged due to higher oil price. A common issue is people have to spend more than before for their daily use of oil. The prices increased because oil plays an important role in determining other prices. The cost of production also becomes higher due to higher petrol price. Therefore, a higher petrol price affects the productivity of a country, and a lower productivity can adversely impact economy growth. Rising price also can influence the construction sector as it pushes up the cost of raw materials. Suppliers inevitably increase raw material prices for contractors to cover higher transportation costs. The higher prices also cause higher shipping costs. Although Malaysia is an oil-producing country, an oil price hike in 2008 put the Malaysian economy under pressure. The Malaysian government needs to

I. INTRODUCTION

Starting from the past few years, market hike price of fuel and illegal immigrants had become two major issues reported by the media. The two conflicting issues had become major problem to many sectors such as construction, industrial, oil and gas. Malaysia is known for its high quality crude oil. One of the end product of the crude oil is fuel. However, for local market we didnt sell our oil yet we export them with a high price due to its quality and we import a cheaper oil for the local market. This form of trade cause Malaysian fuel price highly dependable on the global price of fuel. Furthermore, illegal immigrants is a big issue for Malaysia and has caused many devastating problem for our country. Most of them are from nearby Southeast Asia countries such as Indonesia, Burma, Vietnam and others. In 2005, the Malaysia government confirmed that around 1.8 million are legal immigrants while around 5 million are the illegal immigrants. The nations home to the highest percentages of the illegal immigrant population were Indonesia, Philippines, Bangladesh, Nepal,

This project is to find solution curbing fuel hike price and illegal immigrant issues in Malaysia. As the task assigned, we will design the project using Project Management Technique. The objective set to solve this problem are:

The Ways to Overcome the Increases of the Fuel Prices little number of natural disasters occurred in i. Efforts From People Malaysia give the immigrants comfort and safe working environment to prosper their life. High price oil is consider as a burden to citizen of a Last but not least, law enforcement by the Malaysia country. Therefore, there is a way to deal with the government was not tight, for this can easily enter increasing of oil price. Firstly, when we want to Malaysia using fake passport or using other illegal travel to somewhere that is short in distance, we can methods. Besides that, in Malaysia fraud getting either walk or use a bicycle to get there, this method can reduce the consumption of oil and also save our terrible for last 10 years. The Malaysia authorities environment from air pollution. Besides that, we too lenient with the illegal immigrants. Lastly, we should focus on developing because today the use Malaysia as the transition of biotechnology and solar energy sources. the drug activities which can gives a risk. ii. Efforts From The Government Side There is some ways to reduce the consumption of oil which in turn will automatically tends to reduce the oil prices. Firstly, the government should reduce the rate of taxes. Each time we refill the gas its

consist of the 72% of the crude oil, 12% the refining, 5% the distribution and marketing and lastly 11% for the taxes from the prices of the gas. By reducing the taxes it will help to reduce the prices of the gas. Secondly, the government should increase the number of the public transport vehicles with high security. By using public transport such as bus, MRT and others it will help reduce the usage of the gas. Thus the citizen does not feel burden if the price of fuel increasing. Third, government should maintain the roads good and safe for vehicles. If the road is not in good condition the usage of the gas will be increase. For an example, if we drive the car at 100 km per hour suddenly there is a holes we reduce the speed the car after we passed the hole we need to increase the speed which the usage will increase the gas. If the road is in good condition without holes the speed will constant and usage of gas will constant. Fourth, the government should promote the usage biodiesel.

Secondly, the prevention process, this process is more to the implement an anti-trafficking public awareness campaign. For example, the Womens Ministry continues to produce pamphlets about indicators of trafficking, which are distributed at border checkpoints. After that, the government has been taking some action by doing an International Cooperation such as negotiating with Indonesian government to amend the 2006 MOU which allows employers to dispossess passport form migrant workers. Besides that, the government has been accepting a recommendation from whole world in order to overcome the problem of illegal immigrants. For example, apply strict law criminal penalties to those involved in dishonest labour recruitment or forced labour.

The government also had come up with an initiative they call Overseas Employment Program which the program was an additional and a new initiative Bio-diesel is the latest technology that replace the along with other action plans that existed under the usage of the diesel. Bio-diesel produced from non- key policies and strategies the ministry embarked petroleum, renewable resources.
