CONTEXT

Teachers day is just around the corner. Your team decided to celebrate Teachers Day with the teacher by having a surprise party for her and want to give a special present to her. The venue for the party will be in your classroom. Your team is responsible to organize the party and will make sure the party runs successfully.

Senario 1: Your team has to plan the exact budget for the food, drinks, present and others for the party. Your team has to discuss with your classmates the amount that should be allocated for the event (food, drinks, present and others). Your team needs to discuss with each other regarding the total number of pupils in the class and the expected guests of the party.

Senario 2: Your team has successfully planned the amount to be allocated for the party. Furthermore, the team decided to make collection from your classmates. What will you do to make sure that everybody in the class will contribute? How will the team make sure that the amount collected is enough to buy the present, food, drinks and others?

SENARIO 3: You have successfully collected the contribution of your classmates. Explain how are you going to do with the money to make sure that the party will be successful?

SENARIO 4:
Your team has use the money collected to buy present, foods, drinks and others for the party according to the budget planned earlier. After shopping for all things, the actual cost incurred is RM450.00. Explain whether your team spends the money accordingly? There are two situations that you have to take into consideration; a) If in case the money is not enough, what are you going to do? b) If in case there are remaining balance after spending the money, what are you going to do? Explain your action.
