veryone loves a bit of sparkle, so this fabulous, flowery net crochet shawl will make the perfect addition to your Christmas range. We've used a DMC cotton yarn, but any 4ply will work if you add the secret ingredient - a skein of shimmery Holoshimmer thread! just imagine these scarves racked up in a range of colours on your stand. If you don't fancy flowers, tiny butterflies would work well, too. In fact, it's a great pattern for spring or summertime, making it an excellent all-year-round project.
EDGING
This is worked around the outside edge of the shawl. Rejoin yarn to the right end of the foundation ch. Ch2, 2tr in first 3ch space, (3tr in next 3ch space); repeat to the end of foundation ch. Then work (dc, 2tr, 3d1r, 21r, dc) in every Sch space-along the shorter edges of the triangle.

To create the 3dtr tog: Wrap the yarn round the hook twice, insert the hook into the ring, pull a loop through, (wrap the yarn round the hook and pull through the first two loops on the hook) twice*. Repeal from 'to twice (4 loops on hook). Next, wrap the yarn around the hook and pull through all remaining loops on hook.
