most detailed evidence of organized crime in an Israeli court. The farce
was abruptly terminated following the filing of request for protection by
the United Nations and the German Government against fraud in the
Israeli court.

OccupyTLV, March 11 Joseph Zernik, PhD, of Human Rights Alert (NGO)
filed a repeat request with Presiding Judge Ehud Rekem of the Haifa
Magistrate Court, for copies of court records, certified True Copy of the
Original. [1] In the courts, which originate from the English common law,
certification of court records True Copy of the Original by the Chief Clerk, is
the simplest way to distinguish between true court record and simulated, fake
court records.
In response to a previous request, [2] Judge Ehud Rekem refused to provide the
requested certified copies of the records. [3]
The court files, pertaining to Conservatee RSZ, most likely provide the most
detailed evidence of organized crime in an Israeli court by judges, clerks, and
attorney.
In this case:
Court action was purportedly commenced against Dr Zernik with no
issuance of summons.

Court action was commenced against Dr Zernik, where no law of the

State of Israel was listed as the cause of action.
Dr Zernik was denied access to court file records, in a case where he
was purportedly Respondent by Judge Esperanza Alon.
All court records were served with unsigned authentication letter on
behalf of an unnamed Chief Clerk.
Fraudulent records were repeatedly filed in the court, and Judge
Esperanza Alon refused to take corrective actions, even after she was
repeatedly noticed of the fraud being perpetrated in her court.
Judge Esperanza Alon opened and closed court files with no foundation
in the law.
Judge Esperanza Alon issued two different and contradictory decisions
on the same date in the same matter. Attorney Amos Zadika claims that
Decision A is the valid one, an unauthorized employee of the Court
issued a letter, claiming that Decision B is the valid one, Chief Clerk
Israel Hen refuses to certify either decision True Copy of the
Original, and Judge Alon refuses to explain her conduct in this matter.
Two different records are found in the court file for a request filed by
Attorney Ofer Ben Ari. Chief Clerk Israel Hen refuses to certify either
record True Copy of the Original, and Attorney Ben Ari refuses to
explain the matter.

It is likely that the blatant fraud in the Court in these files was motivated by the
assumption that all records would remain sealed. However, regardless of
threats, Dr Zernik posted all records online. [4]
Following request for protection by the UN and the German government, the
case was abruptly closed with no basis in the law of the State of Israel. [5]
It should be noted that Chief Clerk Israel Hen, who is listed as both Chief Clerk
of the Haifa Magistrate Court and the Haifa District Court refuses to provide a
copy of his appointment record, and is likely to be an impostor.
In none of the Israeli courts, examined to this date, there is a lawfully appointed
Chief Clerk today. Such conditions are the outcome of the implementation of
fraudulent electronic record systems (including Net HaMishpat) in the Israeli
courts over the past decade.
The Human Rights Alert (NGO) submission to the UN Human Rights Council
was incorporated into the 2013 report on Human Rights in Israel with the note:
Lack of integrity in the electronic records of the Supreme Court, the district
court and the detainees courts in Israel.
