Your letter was brought to review by the Presiding Justice. In your
letter, you request a copy of the appointment record of Ms Aluma
Zernik, or reference to the publication of such appointment in the
official Register.
The position of Clerk of the sitting Supreme Court is performed on
rotation by law interns in the Supreme Court. Internship in the
Supreme Court is founded in the Israel Bar Association Act, Article
29 (a) (1). There is no need for appointment as Clerk of the sitting
court at all.
