TheJudgeVardaAlSheikhreconstructedprotocolaffair(2011)inBankHaPoalimv
StateReceiverintheTelAvivDistrictCourtisofhistoricsignificance.The
OmbudsmanoftheJudiciarydecisioninthiscase(2012)documentedingreatdetail
perversionofcourtrecordsandperversionofcourtprocessbyajudge.Theresponse
bythejudiciaryandthejusticesystemdocumenteditsposition:Ajudge,whowas
caughtinwhatshouldbedeemedseriouscriminality,wouldnotbeprosecuted,and
wouldnotsufferanysignificantconsequences.ProformaRequest,recently(2016)
filedinthesamecourtfile,pointsoutthatthefalserecordsinNetHaMishpatcase
managementsystemoftheCourthavenotbeencorrectedtothisday...Instead,
publicaccesstotherecordsisunlawfullydenied.Inresponse,MagistrateoftheTel
AvivDistrictCourtEinatRavidissuedaPostitDecision.Requestfor
Clarifications,whichhasbeenfiledtoday,raisesconcernsthattheMagistrateEinat
Ravid'sPostitDecisionisyetanotherfabricationinthesamecourtfile...The
OmbudsmanoftheJudiciary'sdecisioninthisaffairalsodocumentedindetailthe
fraudindevelopmentandoperationofNetHaMishpatsystem.Thejudiciarycreated
asystem,whereanysignofauthenticityorvalidityofcourtrecordswas
systematicallyremoved.ThesameissueisalsostrikinginMagistrateEinatRavid's
PostitDecision,issuedyesterday.AsnotedintheOmbudsman'sdecision,under
suchcircumstancesparties,counselandthepublicatlargecannotdistinguish
betweenavalidcourtrecordandafabricated,invalidcourtrecord...However,even
aftertheOmbudsman'sdecision,thejudiciaryhaveneverinitiatedanycorrective
measures...Thetotalsumofmattersinthisaffairdemonstratesthedeterminationof
thejudgestomaintainwhattheyconsidertheirrighttoengageinFraudUponthe
Court.
