    Brief Chronology: 1) Since the March 7, 2002 death of Clerk of the Supreme Court Shmaryahu Cohen and to this date various irregularities have been identified in the certification of judicial records by the Clerk of the Supreme Court. 2) Except for a short period in Nov-Dec 2002, during which judicial records were certified by Clerk Sarah Lifschitz, no judicial records have been found for this period, which were certified by the Clerk of the Supreme Court. 3) The office of the Clerk of the Court also refused to certify in 2011-2 judicial records, which were published, uncertified, on the Supreme Court’s online public access system. 4) The attached Sep 6, 2010 letter to the Israeli Bar Association is hand-signed by Sarah Lifschitz, identified as Clerk of the Court.
