This is what a 'Brady letter' looks like. In fact, this is my 'Brady letter.' I was 'Brady'ed' wrongly, based on clear misinterpretations and intentional misrepresentations of what had been said.
That didn't matter though. They were going to keep digging and interviewing and twisting until they could find some 'inconsistency' somewhere to call 'a false statement,' because the evidence is pretty clear that they wanted this stake to be driven ALL the way in.
We'll come back to this point some time in the future, but this is a misapplication of Brady vs Maryland I'm told and this instance is a classic example of Contempt of Boss 1st Degree.
Why was McEachran, the criminal prosecutor involved in an internal employment matter in the first place? Why was Steve Cooley taking internal investigation binders to Dave McEachran?
Now everyone that has read or been part of any of the process in this case up to this point, with all of the flat out falsehoods and the many intentionally deceptive statements and remarks that have been made, doesn't this strike you as an over the top reaction to an internal employment matter?
Doesn't it also strike you as inappropriate and wildly hypocritical to have known examples of actual criminal Brady matters before Mr. McEachran, that have been completely ignored by Mr. McEachran, yet he stepped over all of those to make sure to answer Elfo's special request?
Oh, maybe I forgot, but did I mention that McEachran was Elfo's campaign manager too? No that doesn't stink at all does it.
