AN OPEN MESSAGE TO ALL ISP

* This message is meant for all the Internet Service Provider in Malaysia
especially Telekom Malaysia Berhad.

With close reference to the previous article I wrote regarding my remarks on my
poor Internet uality due to !andwidth capping e"ercise carried out !y the ISP
itself. I e"pressed my dissatisfaction towards their action in my article. Therefore#
the purpose of me writing this is to direct my message straight to the ISP itself.
This message can also !e served as a warning or notice for them.
$. Please stop e"cessive !andwidth capping%limiting on
your customers and shut them up with the so called &air 'sage Policy
Most of the customers do not reali(e that their !andwidth
actually !een capped. When they found out that their
connection is slow# they will report it to the ISP and they will
got the answer that the server is facing some difficulties or
the server is under heavy load. They did not know that their
ISP is actually limiting their !andwidth and say all those
things to cover their lies.
). Please stop discriminating*
Without you guys reali(ing it# Malaysia ISP are actually discriminating the poor
ones. The internet su!scription fees is too high that those low or middle income
family can only afford an entry level connection which cannot do most of the
things. +on,t tell me that the poor ones cannot have the rights to e"perience
uninterrupted entertainment-
.. Please do not ignore your customer,s complaint
This is actually a very serious issue which can affect the image of an ISP. /ou
have to know that we as the customers are the !oss where as you are the slave.
We paid you to provide a good internet service for us*

Please listen otherwise you will lose all your investors# face a heavy fined or
even face !ankruptcy*
