APPOINT Nona L. Saipudin, married to Mubin A. Saipudin, likewise of legal age,
with postal address at 0451 Sto. Nio Dist. Pagadian City, as my true and legal
representative to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following
acts:

To secure the following documents at the Registrar' s Office of
Josefina H. Cerilles State College Main campus, Mati, San Miguel,

1. Transcript of Records (TOR);
2. Original Certificate of Good Moral Character; and
3. Original Transfer of Credentials Certificate.

execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the power to
