APPLICATION FOR PROBATION

Convict-Applicant, through undersigned counsel, unto the Honorable

Court, most respectfully applies for Probation under P.D. No. 968, as
amended, and aver, that:

1. During Honorable Court promulgation of judgment on 26 July 2019,

Accused was found guilty beyond reasonable doubt for the violation
of Sec 31 of R.A. 10591 and sentenced of an imprisonment ranging
from 6 months and 1 day to 6 years;

2. The offense for which accused was convicted is not a crime against
the Security of the State and Public Order;

3. The accused does not suffer from any of the disqualifications of the
Probation Law and he would like to avail of the benefits and
privileges accorded by law to first time offenders;

4. The accused has not been previously placed on probation under the
provisions of P.D. 968, as amended;

5. The accused is sincerely remorseful of having committed the offense

and if granted probation, he is willing to undergo supervision under
such terms and conditions that may be imposed by the Honorable
Court;

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, foregoing premises considered, it is most

respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court to give due course to this
Application for Probation and place herein applicant on probation in
accordance with law.

Other reliefs, just and equitable under the premises, are also prayed
for.
