FOLLOWING INTERNAL REVIEW, MICHAEL TREANOR
RESUMES ROLE AS CEO OF NEVELE

Ellenville/Wawarsing, NY (May 22, 2014) Claremont Partners Director David Runciman today
announced that Michael Treanor has been asked to resume his role as CEO of the Nevele. Treanor, who
stepped aside following recent media reports concerning a long-ago resolved private family matter, will
resume day-to-day operations of the entity that is seeking a gaming license for the Nevele. The
announcement comes at the completion of an internal review of the matter.

Its old news. Nonetheless, we thought it prudent to ask Michael to step aside while the facts were re-
examined, said Mr. Runciman. Having completed a review, we have concluded, as have regulators in
the past, that Michaels character and fitness are unimpeachable, and that certain recent articles were
part of a smear campaign targeting Ulster Countys Nevele project. Michael has been a tireless advocate
for Ellenville and we have asked him to continue in his role.

Nevele Investors, LLC is proposing a $640 million investment to transform the iconic resort into a
destination casino, resort and spa. Anchoring the new Catskills resort region and only 90 minutes from
New York City, the planned destination resort is expected to include a casino, hotel and championship
golf course, complimented by world-class dining, entertainment and recreational activities. The project
has unrivaled regional support and includes plans to hire locally and purchase local goods and services,
and is working with the SUNY, BOCES and WIB systems for local project training.
