Narrative
On 10/04/09 at approximately 4:39AM, there was a report of an intoxicated male in the parking lot of 515
Concord Ave.

On the above date and time, I Officer M. Cherubino was assigned to uniform patrol unit Car 5 along with Officer S.
Kervick. At approximately 4:39AM, we were dispatched to Chicos Sunoco gas station (515 Concord Ave) on the
report of a male that was being detained by a gas station employee because they felt he was too intoxicated to
drive away. Upon arrival, we observed a Ford Taurus parked in the gas station lot with two males standing
outside of the vehicle, one of whom we recognized as Anthony Galluccio. We were approached by the other
male who identified himself . This male stated that he
was attempting to drive Mr. Galluccio home, but after several attempts he was unable to locate his residence
on Sunset Road. He then asked for our assistance in getting Mr. Galluccio home. This male then provided me
with a set of keys belonging to Mr. Galluccio. I asked where Mr. Galluccio's vehicle was located to which
he informed me that it was parked at Basha Cafe.

While on scene addressing the initial call I was able to determine the following: Mr. Galluccio's motor vehicle was
not present at 515 Concord Avenue. At no time did he attempt to drive a motor vehicle at this location. Upon arriving
Mr. Galluccio was standing on his own free will along with his friend and was not being detained by anyone on
scene. We were not approached by any employee of the gas station to report any problems.

Officer Kervick and I decided to give Mr. Galluccio a ride home. We approached the Taurus and found Mr.
Galluccio now sitting in the rear passanger side seat. We advised Mr. Galluccio that we were going to give him ride
home. He then entered the rear of our police cruiser and the other male entered his vehicle and left the area. I
am familiar with the residence on Sunset Road that is owned by Mr. Galluccio and Officer Kervick began driving in
this direction. However upon arriving at this location, Mr. Galluccio informed us that he was now residing on
Trowbridge Street. We then proceeded to Trowbridge Street where Mr. Galluccio informed us that he lived at
Upon arrival at number Trowbridge Street, Officer Kervick assisted Mr. Galluccio into his residence
and returned his keys. We then drove back to sector and cleared the call on channel one.
