Summary of Incident/Arrest: Anthony Coluccio of Landing NJ was charged with DWI. On September 29, 2011 Ptl. Jenna Landrigan came upon a 1997 Green Ford Explorer stopped on the side of Lake Rd. After approaching the vehicle she found the driver, Coluccio asleep behind the wheel. After awaking Coluccio, Ptl. Landrigan determined Coluccio had been operating the vehicle while impaired and had been involved in a crash during his travels. It was believed that he may have struck a parked car but no hit-and-runs were reported by surrounding agencies. He was arrested for driving while intoxicated and taken to Morris Township Police HQ. After he completed processing he was released pending a future date in Municipal Court. Coluccio was charged with DWI and Reckless Driving.
