Based on extensive literature review the risk factors are clustered into 10 groups namely: Political, Construction, Legal, Economic, Operation, Market, Project selection, Project finance, Relationship and Natural factor. 2 Influential constructs, mediating effects, and moderating effects on operations performance of high speed rail from passenger perspective To analyze service quality-customer satisfaction-customer loyalty (QScLc), including leadership-employee satisfaction- employee loyalty (LSeLe), the researcher using Quantitative methods and SEM to verify the hypothetical relationships. The actual questionnaires were distributed 279 papers throughout Taiwan and 261 valid questionnaires were recovered. In addition to the 31 online questionnaires recovered, the analysis included 292 valid questionnaires.

For questionnaires, the author consists of two sections. The first of the questionnaires obtained 140 responses and the second about 113 copies distributed, 64 valid questionnaires were retained. 4 Evaluating the risks of public private partnerships for infrastructure projects PPP projects are viable only if a reliable, long-term revenue stream can be established. The key principle for large PPP projects as possible to the sponsors whilst at the same time providing sufficient credit support so that the lenders are satisfied with the credit risks. The risk that the predicted revenues do not materialize is the greatest risk to the commercial viability of a project. That risk is borne by those providing finance or financial guarantees.
