1. How to use graphics and charts


a) To use graphic, first open Microsoft power point and then click Insert and you will find Smart
Art at Illustrations sections as the sample picture below:




b) After click Smart art, you can choose any smart art graphic like the sample pictures below:










c) Finally, click the smart art shape that you want and it will appear on the screen like the sample
picture below.




d) To insert chart, just click Chart under Insert Tab at Illustrations section




e) Next, just pick any type of do you want and then click ok just like the sample picture below












f) Finally, it will appear on the screen.






2. How to running presentation.
a) First, open your Microsoft Power Point and put any information with three or four slide just like
the sample picture below.












b) Then, just click the slide show button at the bottom of the screen.You also can press F5 button at
the keyboard to running presentation like the sample picture below.






3. Conclusion.
The conclusion that I got from this job sheet is I got to know how to Microsoft Power Point.I also get
use with its function and know how to run a presentation.
