1. What is MS PowerPoint?

Ans: Microsoft PowerPoint is a graphics software developed by Microsoft. It

helps to make presentation and add many exciting effects like sound, animation,

video, audio as well as insert text, pictures, diagrams, charts, clipart to your

presentation.

2. How to start MS PowerPoint?

Ans: To start MS Power Point, follow these steps

1. Click on the Start button.


2. Select All Programs.
3. Select Microsoft Office 2013.
4. Select PowerPoint 2013.

PowerPoint will be opened.


3. Explain any two view buttons of MS PowerPoint.
Ans:
1. Normal: It is the default view of the presentation window.
2. Slide Sorter: It shows thumbnails of all the slides in rows. You can rearrange
or modify slides in this view.

4. How will you add a slide to a presentation?

Ans: To add a new slide to your presentation, follow these steps:

1. Select the slide after which you need to add a slide in the Slide Navigation
Pane.
2. Go to the Home tab.
3. Click on the New Slide button in the Slides group.
4. The slide with the existing slide layout will be added after the selected slide.

5. How to run a presentation?

Ans: To run a presentation, follow the given steps:

1. In the status bar, click the Slide Show View button. (or)
2. Press F5 key to start the slide show from the beginning.
