Who is eligible? City of Ottawa residents,18 years of age or older, are eligible for
appointment. City of Ottawa employees are not eligible.

or board on which you would like to serve including an outline of how your qualifications,
specific skills, interests and background are relevant to this committee/board. To
confirm residency, please include your home address. All applications must be
