Thank you for considering the Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Beach & Golf Resort
for your event. Let me share with you how our hotel fits your needs.

Each one of your guests will enjoy a spacious two-room suite with a private bedroom
featuring a king bed or two double beds and balcony. The living area has a sofabed,
dining table that doubles as a work station, wet bar, refrigerator, microwave and coffee
maker. Wireless high-speed internet access including Printer-On, will allow your guests
the convenience of printing from their own laptop.

Our rates include daily, full cooked-to-order breakfast and two hours of
complimentary drinks every evening for all registered guests. Children 17 years of age
or younger stay free with their parents and also enjoy the complimentary breakfast.

Additional Information
Parking:
$7.00 per night for self parking
$14.00 per night for valet parking

Gratuities:
Bellmen - $4.00 per person, one time charge
Suitekeeper - $1.00 per person, per night

Additional Adult in the suite:

All room rates are quoted single/double occupancy. Third or fourth adult in the room
pays additional $25.00 plus taxes, per night. The two-room king suite accommodates a
maximum of four people and the two-room double suite accommodates a maximum of
five people (children included).

Taxes:
Currently 9% government tax and 12% Resort Fee applies to all room rates.
7% sales tax (IVU) applies to parking charges, audiovisual rental, gratuities, food &
beverage and other consumables.
IMPORTANT: Beginning May 18, 2010 an 11% government tax will apply to all
room rates.

Our Resort Fee includes:

 • High-speed internet access
• All local calls
• All 800 calls
• Incoming/Outgoing faxes
• 25 black and white photocopies
• One hour a day at our Tennis Courts
• Two bottles of water per day at the pool area
• Table game library (available at the Front Desk)
• Children's activities at the pool, Fridays through Sundays from 9:00 am to 5:00
pm

Validity
This proposal is valid until December 5, 2009. The space is subject to availability at the
moment of confirming this quotation. Meeting and sleeping rooms are guaranteed only
when signed contract and first deposit are received.
