4) Children Policy (sharing parent’s rooms): -
• Infant from 0 till 2.99 years old: Free of charge
• 1st Child free: from 3 till 11.99 years old
• Extras Children to be charged as follows:
o Children from 3 till 5.99 years old: LE 250 / $ 10 per child per night
o Children from 6 till 11.99 years old: LE 450 / $ 20 per child per night
• No extra beds to be added.
• A copy of Children Birth Certificate or Passport must be presented upon check in; otherwise we will NOT be able
to proceed with check in process

5) Cancellation, No Show & Cut off Stay Polices:

• Any cancellation should be received by the hotel, in writing, on the day of cancellation.
• 1 Night cancellation fees will be charged if booking cancellation received 7 days prior to arrival date.
• Full Stay will be charged in case of cancellation received less than 7 days prior to arrival date, same day
cancellation, No Show or Cut off Stay.

6) Payments:
• Full Payment to be settled upon confirmation; in order to secure the booking space.

7) Resort General Policy:

• Only proper swim wear are allowed “No: cutoff jeans, pants or long costumes dresses are allowed in the pool or
Beach”.
• Pets are not allowed.
• No food nor Beverage items are allowed from outside the resort premises.
• Check In at 03:00pm / Check out at 12:00noon
• Early check in / Late Check-out is subject to the hotel availability.
• The Hotel does not serve Alcohol Drinks.
