Description

My book is entitled “Lives and Works of Prominent Mystical Philosophers” and deals with the whole history of mystical philosophy, beginning with 6th century BC ( Pythagoras) to the end of 20th century (F. Capra, M. Fox, D. Chopra, K. Wilber). My book actually ends with our contempararies, holistic scientists-philosophers, and it depicts all the way that philosophy had to pass before them.

Why is my book so unique? There are presented, probably for the first time (I guess it’s maybe the first history of mystical philosophy ever written) chronologically, lives and works of many philosophers of western religious-philosophical systems, including as well prominent philosophers who were connected with secret societies like freemasons and
Theosophical Society etc. This is a book where prospective student of mystical philosophy can find answers to many questions, about many charismatic personalities. One can get to know about followers of Pythagoras, the first secret society in the West, about renowned Christian philosopher who professed reincarnation, about mysterious personalities like Hermes Trismegistus and Pseudo-Dionysius Areopagite, about the role of astrology, magic and alchemy in mystical philosophy, interesting story about how pagan philosophy survived in the Christian and Islamic world and many other peculiar things concerning medieval and modern mystical philosophy. My aim was not only to write a book to amuse and entertain, but also a very useful handbook for everyone who wants to occupy himself or herself with the study of mystical philosophy.
