 Introduction
I have learnt a lot with my audience feed back I have used three different ways to they are
paper questionnaire, Facebook and YouTube. Although these Methods have pros and cons.

Pros
Questionnaire Facebook YouTube
Easy to complete. Easy to upload video. World Wide audience.

I can make the questions Easy to record data. Gets people true feelings.

Quantitative Data. Free to use. Can delete unwanted

Qualitative Data.
Data is anonymous.
comments.
Can delete unwanted comments.
Can track location of viewer.
Only friends can see video. Free to use.
 Cons

Questionnaire Facebook YouTube

Limited audience (Only Friends) Can get really nasty comments.
Some people will get annoying.

Usual only friendly comments Needs internet access

Limited response. (Unconstructive)
Can be over whelmed with
Takes a long time for people to comments
Data can be unreliable. comment.

Not very detailed answers. Needs internet access Cant record details about audience

Video comments can be blocked by

Costly Due to paper and ink. Don’t know when audience is YouTube if too many taboo
online comments are displayed

I wanted to as much feed back as possible
off my audience to do this I had create a
questionnaire this shows the most
qualities and quantitative data.
Although with my other sources “facebook
and YouTube” I have shown the comment
people have put on my video.

Most of the feed back I got back from facebook was positive but it was very
rarely constructive.

Although now and again some of my more critical friends gave me some
constructive feed back

This is the main problem with using facebook. Most of the people are
your friends and don’t want to give too critical feedback.

This is the feed back I got form

YouTube although I did have some
more but I had to delete some crude
comments.

It was at this point were I decided

that we needed more pace in our
trailer.

Feedback Evaluation
Most of my feed back was from my questionnaires this is because I got 50
questionnaires back. I wanted to do 50 because this is scientifically average
for get a correct about of feedback from the geranial public.
Also I used social networking sites such as facebook and YouTube using
these site I was able to get more information on my trailer and actually ways
in were I can improve it.
Although most of my feed back was good they mostly came from my
friends. This may have cased a problem because they might not be as
critical as I wanted them to be. Next time I will try and get more time so
more people could watch my trailer and give me feedback.
