Customer left store.
Found property - Officer found property and secured in PSD.
Found property - Bus driver turned in property to PSD. Owner claimed

property at PSD.
Investigation - Officer observed subject smoking cigarette in hallway.

Referred to management.
Graffiti - Officer observed graffiti in building. Referred to management.
Criminal Mischief - Report of burnt match book f/o apt. PSD referred to
management.
Stolen plates - Owner states unk subject stole plates from car. NYPD took
report.
Stuck elevator - Person stuck in elevator. Super released person from

elevator. Refused EMS.

Fire - PSD Responded to apartment fire. NYFD extinguished. No injuries.

EMS refused, NYPD on scene.
Investigation - PSD requested by super to check on apartment for water

damage.
Graffiti - PSD Officer reported inside stairwell. Super notified.
Open Container - Male subject summonsed by PSD
Vehicle Accident - PSD responded damage to light pole.
Criminal Mischief - PSD responded to apartment. Door bell damage.
Open container - Male subject summonsed by PSD.
Aided - Youth Shocked by a live wire. Mother on scene and transported to

the Hospital. NYPD took report.
Aided - Female lost her balance having chest pain. NYPD on scene. Refused

5/3/08-700 AM to 5/4/08-700 am
Vehicle Accident- opp 2-4 River Road between MTA and a Mack Truck. No
injuries. NYPD did a report.
Aided- 625 Main Street an ill person was taken to the Hospital by EMS.
Aided/EDP- mentally ill person taken to the Hospital.
Trespass- At 540 Main Street subject arrested by PSD.
Trespass- At 560 Main Street 4 subjects arrested by PSD.
Graffiti- At 510 Main Street stairwells 10 "A and B". Search made for the
subject with negative results. UA Mgmt notified.
5/4/08-700 AM to 5/5/08-700 AM
Found Property- Adj to 501 Main Street a wallet and a passport. It was
secured at PSD. Later the owner came into PSD and retrieved it.
Investigation- At 455 Main Street a tenant stated another threatened another.
NYPD responded.
Lost Property- At 2 River Road Female lost money orders. NYPD

responded and filed a report.
R.I Bridge Access- Per NYPD requested the bridge be closed from 900 AM
to 100 PM. due to 5 Boro Bike marathon. But later changed request.
Bridge actually temporary access 40 minutes.
Afterwards traffic flow onto and off island was normal.
Investigation- At 580 Main Street- a tenant concerned about Graffiti and

youth. Referred to PSD youth Officer and Detective.
Investigation- At 300 Main Street a professional photographer wanted to

take photos of the Tram with out a permit advised he could not. PSD
responded but he had left.
Open Container- R/O 688 Main Street subject arrested by PSD.
Graffiti- At 875 Main Street on bathroom door. Search for the subject
yielded negative results.
Aided- At 40 River Road an ill person was taken to the Hospital by EMS.
Aided-510 Main Street an ill person was taken to the Hospital by EMS.
Graffiti- R/o 556 Main Street and west sea wall on a bench. Search made
for the subject made with negative results.
5/5/08-700 AM to 5/6/08-700 AM
Investigation- Tenant reported books missing from apt. No signs of forced

entry.
Verbal Dispute- Between a client and central Parking Employee over

payment. Payment was made.
Verbal Dispute- Between a prospective client and Mann Park Personnel

over a deposit payment. Matter referred to Civil Court.
Water Leak- Unable to notify owner of business. Access gained and repairs
made. The business was locked and secured.
Investigation- 2 Tourist from France paid for use of an apt, but the tenant
moved out. NYPD prepared a report.
Graffiti- Found on 5th floor of stairwell. Search for the subject made with
negative results. RY Mgmt notified.
Aided- An ill person was taken to the Hospital by EMS.
5/6/08-700 AM to 57/08-700 AM
Investigation a client alleged that a Central Parking employee scratched her

vehicle.
Found Property a transistor radio. It was secured at PSD,
Found Property- a bicycle. It was secured in PSD.
Investigation- a professional Photographer was taking photos. He was

referred to RIOC to obtain a permit.
Graffit on a bench. Search for the subject yielded negative results.
Open Container-a subject arrested by NYPD.
Aided- person fell and was transported to the Hospital by EMS.
Aided an ill person was taken to the Hospital by EMS.
5/7/08-700 AM to 5/8/08-700 AM
Investigation- Food Cart unattended. It was missing Search made with

negative results.
Aided- A person fell and was injured. EMS took person to the Hospital.
Aided- 5 people stuck in the subway elevator. FDNY removed them. No

injuries and EMS refused.
Hazardous Condition- Furniture left in hallway. UA notified.
0700 hrs 05/08/08 - 0700 hrs 05/09/08
Noise complaint - Resident reports noise at particular time. Referred to tour

supervisor.
Aided - Aided/EDP transported to hospital by EMS. NYPD on scene.
Open container - Officer observed subject with open container. Summons

issued.
Aided - Aided not well. Transported to hospital.
Possible distress boat - FDNY reports of boat in possible distress. Search

was made with negative results.
Criminal Mischief - Criminal Mischief involving youths. Parents contacted.

Referred to youth officer.
Missing person - NYPD conducted follow up on missing person.
Found property - Person turned in found property to PSD. Secured in

Sergeants closet.

Larceny- Property allegedly taken by a friend. NYPD responded.
Child Endangerment- Involving youths. NYPD responded and transported

the youths to the precinct for further investigation.
Trespass- Subject arrested by PSD.

Criminal Mischief- Unknown subject tampered with a door lock. Search for
the subject made with negative results. UA Mgt notified.
Criminal Mischief- window broken in hallway

Aided- person was struck on the nose by brother and refused EMS. NYPD

Investigation- a tenant stated unknown put garbage front of apt. UA porter

cleaned it. Search for the subject yielded negative results.
Investigation- tenant accidently jammed the laundry purchasing card

machine with her card.
Investigation- Employee was not relieved from a group home and called
NYPD. NYPD responded and stated unnecessary.
Criminal Mischief- A door handle was broken by unknown subject. It was

given to UA Super. Search for the subject yielded negative results.
Alleged armed Robbery- Person alleged that he was robbed and that he
chased the subject with his car and lost him. NYPD responded.
Hazardous condition- The base of a street light is loose and may fall. RIOC
Engineer notified.
5/12/08-700 am To 5/13/08-700 am
Aided- female made contact with a vehicle and sustained injury EMS
transported her to the Hospital. NYPD wrote a report.
Graffiti- In hallway. UA removed it. Search for the subject yielded negative
results.
Investigation- Eggs thrown on an apt door. UA notified. Search for the

subject yielded negative results.
Animal rescue- A animal was trapped between counters in a store. It was

removed.
Aided- Female fell and refused EMS.
Lost property- A Drivers license. It was secured in PSD.
Vehicle Accident- RIOC Bus struck the parked PSD vehicle. No injuries.
NYPD prepared a report.
Aided- Tenant fell and sustained injury. She called RISAR who called for
EMS for transport to the Hospital.
Aided- An ill person was taken to the Hospital BY EMS.
Vehicle damage- Which was previous reported to Central Parking. She will
contact NYPD on her own.
Aided- Father dropped off his children front of apt building. Mother not
home. PSD contacted her and children waited in PSD.
Criminal Mischief- Broken glass. UA mgt notified. Search for the subject
Graffiti- in the hallway. UA Mgt notified. Search for the subject yielded
negative results.
Aided- an ill person was taken to the Hospital by EMS.

Found Property- A wallet. It was secured in PSD. Doorman notified and
will notify the owner.
5/13/08-7 AM to 5/14/08-700 AM
Failure to comply Despite verbal warnings the School Bus driver failed to
comply and was summonsed by PSD.
Investigation- Suspicions male was stopped by PSD.
Investigation-Tenant complained of teenagers loitering in the laundry room.

Incident reported a week after occurrence.
Investigation- Parent alleged her son assaulted by 2 others. She notified the
Youth Center. NYPD refused.
Investigation- A youth allegedly used an offensive gesture. PSD responded.

Youth had left.
Found Property-A wallet. It was secured in PSD.
Lost Property- Lost vehicle keys. Central Parking notified. Keys not found.
Graffiti- In stairwell exit door. Search for the subject yielded negative

Trespass- Subject lad left prior to PSD arrival. Search conducted with

Trespass - Report of person trespassing in building. Search was made with

negative results.
Aided - Tenant stuck in elevator. Super corrected condition. EMS refused.
Aided - Female fell on ground. Refused EMS.
Investigation - Officer found DOT street sign on ground. Sign turned over to
RIOC.
Aided/DOA - PSD along with NYPD and EMS responded to apt. EMS
pronounced person DOA.
Gas leak - PSD with super responded to possible gas leak. Super report
unfounded.
Graffiti - Officer observed graffiti in building. Super notified.

Arrest - Male subject summonsed for open container by PSD.
Criminal Mischief - Female rpts damage to her vehicle. NYPD refused.
Investigation - Tenant and roommate having problems with a room being

rented.
Verbal Dispute - Between Tenant and home attendant over use of gloves.
Arrest - Male subject summonsed for open container by PSD
Suspicious male - Tenant reports ringing door bells, Psd conducted search
with Negative results

Water Leak- In Eastwood and corrected by UA.
Traffic Violation- Motorist waned and admonished.
Domestic Dispute- Between relatives NYPD responded and prepared a

report.
Theft of Service- Motorist exited the Garage without paying. NYPD

refused. Central Parking to handle.
Vehicle Accident- Between two vehicles. No injuries and EMS refused.

NYPD refused. Motorist will handle on their own.
Urinating in Public- 2 subjects arrested by PSD.
Hazardous Condition- A tree fell on the Dog Run. No injuries.

referred matter to Land Lord Tenant Court.
Criminal Possession of a weapon- Subject arrested by PSD.
Domestic Dispute- Between Husband and wife over property.

Aided- a diabetic fell. EMS responded aided refused transport to Hospital.
Harassment-Off Island Incident. NYPD responded and victim left. He will

notify NYPD again.
Water Leak- UA and PSD responded. Tenant not home. UA corrected the
leak.
Harassment- Person harassed by another. PSD responded and conducted a

search for the subject with negative results. NYPD refused.
Aided/EDP- an ill person self inflicted burns. EMS transported aided to the
Hospital.
Lock Out- Tenant was locked out of the apt. UA Super responded and
provided access.
Dispute- Between tenant and visitor. PSD responded escorted visitor out of
the apt.

Harassment - Male subject harassing female. PSD responded and made

Lockout - Female reports locked out of apt. Super notified and let tenant in.
EDP - PSD, NYPD, EMS and FDNY responded. Aided transported to

hospital.
Dispute - Two females involved in verbal dispute. One of female subject left
apt.
Criminal Mischief - Bus shelter glass broken by unknown subject. Area

cautioned off. Grounds cleaned up glass.
Trespassing - PSD responded for roof alarm. PSD issued summons.
Graffiti - Female reported graffiti to PSD. NYPD responded and made

boyfriend harassing her and grandmother.
Vehicle accident - Both parties exchanged info and will file report with
NYPD on own. NO injuries.
Disorderly Conduct - PSD officer observed two male subjects fighting.

Arrest - Male subject taken into custody by NYPD.

urinating. Male subject taken into custody for possession of marijuana.

Aided- Person fell from a wheelchair . EMS responded and person refused
transport to the Hospital.
Criminal Mischief- Lock was tampered with. No entry made. UA notified

and will repair it.
Unsecured Vehicle- Central Parking notified. PSD made periodic checks of

the vehicle.

Graffiti- Stairwell "J" 16th Floor landing wall , Door, Exit sign on door.
Window adj. elevator facing north. Storage room door adj. windows facing
south.
Lost property- Tenant lost keys to apt . UA changed the lock.

Criminal Mischief- Holes in the wall. UA notified. Search for the subject
Lost property- Cell phone secured in PSD. Later owner retrieved it.
Petit Larceny/ Criminal Mischief- Vehicle lock tampered with, access gained
inside. Car Jack taken. Owner went to NYPD to file a report.
Petit larceny- Two Patio umbrellas from a business were taken. NYPD
notified and filed a report.
Found Property- A birth certificate. Secured in PSD.
Aided- An injured ball player was taken to the Hospital by EMS.
Traffic Incident/Unsafe Passing- Vehicle cut off a RIOC Bus. No injuries.

Property Damage- Playground equipment damaged due to normal wear and

tear. RIOC project assistant notified.

Found Property - Male turn in cell phone. Owner picked up property.
Found Property - Male turned in phone, found in hallway.
Aggravated Harassment - Male reports unknown male keep calling him.

NYPD took report.
Aided - Female fell unknown injuries. Refused to give any information to

PSD.
Rubbish Fire - PSD responded extinguished small fire, no injuries or

property damage.
Aided - PSD responded to male vomiting. Transported to Hospital.
Aided - Male fell causing injures to his head. EMS on scene Transported to
hospital.

Unsecured Premises- It was locked and secured by P.D. and checked it was
in order.
Criminal Mischief- Eggs thrown on to an apt door. Search for the subject

Harassment- A person stated a derogatory remark to the other's son.

Reporter refused to provide details. Subject had left prior to PSD arrival.

Alarm response- RIOC Employee accidently set off the alarm It was
checked by PSD and in order alarm reset.
Unsecured Vehicles- two vehicles. Central Parking Notified. PSD checked

vehicle and they were in order.
Vehicle Accident- A Truck struck a parked vehicle. No injuries. NYPD

wrote a report.
Water Rescue- Male in a kayak flipped over on the West Channel. FDNY
and NYPD Harbor patrol pulled him out. He refused tranport to the
Hospital.
Verbal Dispute- Among young youth. PSD responded. No injuries.
Open Container Alcohol- PSD arrested the subject.
Aided- Ball stuck pedestrian. NYPD responded and EMS transported him to
the Hospital.

Petit larceny- Pastries taken from F/O Business . Search for the subject
yielded negative results. Company made a second delivery.
Investigation- Prophylactic found F/O apt. search for the subject yielded
negative results.
Hazardous Condition- Exposed wires. Moved out of way of public. Central

Parking Notified and it will be repaired to day.
Alarm- At School. PSD searched and school in order. School Officials

notified.
Possible Trespass- Subject seen near the entrance of South Point Park. PSD
conducted search of the area with negative results.
Criminal Mischief- Window broken. Search for the subject yielded negative
results. UA porter on scene.

Unsecured premise-It was checked and in order. PSD secured the building.
Aggravated harassment- Threatening Phone calls made to a resident. She

will call NYPD on her own.
Trespass- Two subjects arrested by PSD.
Graffiti Search for the subject yielded negative results. UA Mgt notified.
Unlawful Possession of Marihuana- 2 subjects arrested by PSD.
Graffiti- Search for the subject yielded negative results. RY Mgt notified.
Suspicious Male- NYPD Transit obtained information and checked to see if

he had a warrant. It was negative. He was escorted to the Tram.
Unlawful Possession of Marihuana- Subject arrested by PSD.
Aided- Female fell and felt pain. EMS transported her to the Hospital.

6/4/08-700 AM to 6/5/08-700 AM
Hazardous Condition- Open Manhole cover at 888 Main Street. It was

cautioned off. and 311 Notified.
Domestic Dispute- Between daughter and father. Mother notified and it was
resolved. NYPD refused.
Hazardous Condition- Electricity arcs from light fixtures RIOC Repair Crew
corrected condition. No injuries.
Aided- Handicapped person's electric wheelchair not working. PSD

escorted female home.
Investigation- Female alleged male following her. NYPD and PSD

responded. Male was questioned and stated he was looking for a parking
spot.
Criminal Mischief- A railing was hanging from the wall and debris. UA
notified and corrected the condition.
Criminal Mischief- Bike room lock broken. UA responded and Super

replaced the lock. Search for the subject yielded negative results.

Criminal Mischief - to bike storage room. PSD responded and made search
with negative results. Super notified.
Aided - Tenant not feeling well. EMS transported aided to hospital.
Investigation - PSD took report from tenant that person left slanderous notes
on his door. Will be referred to Management.
Criminal Mischief - Officer observed holes in wall. Search of area

conducted with negative results. Super notified.
Noise complaint - Tenant complained of loud music. PSD found music

coming from Queens. PSD filed complaint with 311.
Disorderly conduct - PSD issued summons for disorderly conduct.
Graffiti - Officer observed graffiti in building. search conduct with negative

results. Super notified.
Found property - Tenant notified PSD of found property. Property secured

in PSD.
Unsecured vehicle - Officer observed unsecured vehicle. Owner notified.

Criminal Mischief- Radio was taken from a vehicle. Search for the subject

Hazardous Condition- Smell of gas in apt. Tenant not home. PSD and RY
Mgt responded and corrected the condition. No injuries.
Petit Larceny- Clothing from a dryer machine were taken. Search for the
subject yielded negative results. NYPD refused.
Unlicenced Operator- PSD issued summons to the motorist and to the

owner of the vehicle.
Aided- Male adult in bicycle fell and sustained injury. He was transported

Aided - Home attendant reports client having heart pain. EMS

transported aided to hospital.
Aided - Officer responded with EMS to apt. Tenant had laceration and
transported to hospital.
Unsecured vehicle - Officer observed window open. Message was left

with owner. Vehicle appeared in order.
Graffiti - Officer found graffiti and notified management. Search

Arrest - Two subjects were sleeping in the stairwell inside Motorgate.

Investigation - PSD Officers responded to 579 Main St. area for unknown
subjects throwing objects out the window. Officer went to apartment
and spoke to parents.
Graffiti - PSD Officer observed writing on a bench rear of 540 Main St.
Supervisor notified.
Aided - PSD Officer responded to 531 Main St. pool locker room and
observed male subject unstable. EMS on scene refused to be transported
to the hospital.
Arrest - PSD Officer observed male subject urinating in public. Summons

issued.
Arrest - PSD Officer observed seven males and five female subjects
drinking in public. Summonsed for open container.
9/20/08-7:00 am TO 9/21/08-7:00 am
Criminal Mischief- Zipper of soft top vehicle opened an items inside were
thrown about. NYPD notified. Search for the subject yielded negative
results.
Disorderly/Inciting a riot- Subject arrested by PSD.
Lockout Tenant was locked out. UA drilled the lock to allow access to the
tenant.

Aided- Female cut foot on broken glass. EMS responded and she refused

Investigation- A female stated a vehicle almost struck her daughter. PSD

Aided- A male fell on floor in apt. PSD responded and put him on his chair
no injuries and EMS refused.

Investigation/Missing Property- Postal scanner accidently sold to Island
resident by Thrift store employee. Later it was returned to the owner.

Missing Property- Credit card. Reporter stated it was used without

Investigation- Resident requested another be notified not to

deliver food to him. Message left for resident.
Investigation- Female believed another was following. NYPD

youth. NYPD refused.
Shop Lifting- 2 Youths involved. Parents notified and left with

Disorderly Conduct/Fail To Comply-Bus obstructed other buses
and failed to comply with PSD officer and was disorderly. Subject
issued summons by PSD.
Disabled vehicle- School Bus. PSD responded. It was pushed out
of the way. Mechanic notified and other Bus picked up children.

extinguished it. No property damage or injuries.

Vehicle Accident Between 2 private vehicles. Parties referred to

male subjects. One was issued summons for Poss. of Marijuana
and the other was taken to 114 pct for arrest processing for
Criminal Poss. of Weapon and Criminal Poss. of Marijuana.

Unsecured Premise - Location found unsecured during patrol.

Area searched with negative results. Door unable to be secured,
PSD notified RIOC personnel so it could be repaired. An officer
was posted at location.
Vehicle Accident - Female feel asleep at the wheel of her vehicle
and ran into a light pole, causing damages to vehicle and pole.
Female transported to hospital and RIOC personnel disconnected
wires on light pole to prevent any hazardous conditions.
Family Dispute - Between mother and daughter. Daughter was
escorted to apartment to remove her belongings and then left
apartment without incident.
Criminal Possession - NYPD Officer and PSD Officer observed 2
males, one of them with illegal substance. One subject arrested
by NYPD, second subject released.
Robbery 2nd Degree - Taxi driver reports he was punched by one
of his 4 passengers and he then took money from him because
they did not want to pay full amount of the fare. Search was
conducted for subjects with negative results. Driver was
uncooperative and refused NYPD.

Criminal Mischief - Tenant reports unknown object thrown into

window causing glass to break. Service responds to clean up
glass. PSD conducted search with negative results.
Violation of Court Order - Male wanted to report that his ex-wife
that did not show to bring their son for court scheduled visit.
Graffiti - Unreadable black ink on window at location. Search
yielded negative results and service was notified.
Hazardous Condition - Broken door handle on stairwell door.
Service notified.
Criminal Mischief - Crack window observed in hallway. Urban
American notified.
Dangerous Condition- Resident complained a ledge in the
southtown park has no fence. No dangerous condition observed,
child appeared to small to play in area.
