Re: Bylaws Committee Final Proposal

Dear Committee:

The Bylaws Committee met on May 17th and May 18th and considered the feedback received from
the proposal at the previous meeting. After several hours of deliberation, the Committee
respectfully presents its final proposal, which is attached hereto. On behalf of the Committee, I
hereby request that you accept our proposal, allow discussion of it to take place at the July meeting
and for a final vote on it at the September meeting.

The following is a list of the neighborhood members who participated in the deliberations at these
two meetings. I hope you will recognize that a diverse set of interests were represented at these
meetings, and that these proposed bylaws represent a compromise of the same.
