McDonald to Host Ceremony Honoring  
Saratoga County Veterans 
Will be joined by General Taluto, New York Elks Association President 
Mike Bloss, along with Colonel and Stillwater Supervisor Ed Kinowski 
 
Clifton Park – On Saturday August 14, 2010 Senator Roy McDonald will host the 43rd 
Senate District Veterans’ of the Year Award Ceremony for Saratoga County Veterans 
at the Clifton Park Elks at 10:30 A.M.  
 
Eighteen Veterans will be honored at the ceremony on Saturday, which will be attended by 
General Joseph Taluto, New York Elks Association President Mike Bloss, Colonel and 
Stillwater Supervisor Ed Kinowski, and numerous Supervisors from Saratoga County. 
 
This is the second ceremony to honor veterans’ from the 43rd Senate District, the first was 
held in Rensselaer County by Senator McDonald earlier this year. 
 
**General Taluto has a prior engagement that will require him to leave by 11 A.M., so he 
will be speaking first. If any member of the media wishes to speak with the General he will 
be available for comment previous to the start of the event. **
