This is to formally inform all Mega Center Operators and distributors that starting JULY 2010 we
have our new guidelines for fast and effective encoding. Please refer to the table below.

GUIDELINES FOR FAST AND EFFECTIVE ENCODING

This implementation of cut-off is based on our New System; we assure you that our pay-outs will
