• Developed launch and operational plans for various business incubation start-up initiatives outside of Bell’s normal
business areas, such as localoop.ca, realestateplus.ca and others in early ‘stealth-mode’ stages

recommendations on early-stage business opportunities in innovative areas and technologies; next generation
telephony, over-the-top video aggregation and distribution, location-based services, social networking, wireless,

Project Chapleau is a $12M – 2 year CEO-sponsored joint initiative between Bell and Nortel to evaluate the impact of technology introduction in a rural and
remote Canadian community. With particular focus on social and economic change, the project includes wireless network technologies and applications in
municipal, health, education, economic development, and tourism sectors.
• Developed the program vision, direction and objectives, as the overall technology and applications lead.
• Led a diverse cross-functional team of as much as 80 people to deliver a complete end-to-end service
implementation, from network design and implementation to customer fulfillment and support processes
