Role description: Work involves Ideation, creation and implementation of high impact/ end-to-end
Digital and Technology transformation programs for clients across industry segment in India, Middle
East, Africa and ASEAN markets.
Digital Strategy: Define digital business strategies and operating model covering end to end
solutioning, ecosystem partnerships, detailed digital financial business plans and business cases.
Development of customer driven, value enhancing strategies to drive increased business
effectiveness, improved technology utilization, and enhanced positioning to address marketplace
forces.
Customer Experience Design: Ability to work with UI/UX designers to craft a customer experience
prototype to be presented to the client
Platform Evaluation & Selection: Execution of proven methodologies to objectively identify,
evaluate, and select platforms and tools that most effectively enable digital marketing campaigns
Agile programs management: To ensure that the requirements are captured in a proper manner and
converted into solutions design and implementation by respective service providers or team
members, using agile methodology
