This is a unique team, which designs and implements technology solutions in SCM
Transformation programs, Performance Improvements through Analytics, End-to-end
Project and Program Management, Enterprise & Business Performance Management
(EPM/BPM), and advanced digital competencies such as Robotics & Process Automation
(RPA), Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML), Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain
among a few of them.

The job role requires a balanced combination of business and domain expertise and ability to
map them business requirements and user analytic requirements to IT solutions and help
design, develop and configure IT solutions. The candidate will be required to lead IT projects
across the domain (Finance / SCM / Robotics / Customer Development) and drive timely
closure of projects.

The opportunity

You will work towards standardizing existing solutions and their work products to be later
resourced and leveraged by different teams at EY, demonstrating the ability to digest,
incorporate and leverage new knowledge. You will be working with large enterprises and
government institutions on their most pressing management and operational challenges.

Your key responsibilities

► Participate in large scale client engagements and responsible for executing client
engagements under the supervision of Seniors.
► Engagements in the areas of IT Supply Chain Management Advisory, IT Project
Management, Analytics, EPM, and host of digital competencies

 ► Contribute to advisory engagements in the capacity of a team member / team leader
- deliver quality output within assigned timelines.
► Assist Seniors & Managers in developing new methodologies/models and other
related internal initiatives.
► Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about
progress and expected outcomes.
► Continuously strive towards exceeding client & team expectations and work on
increasingly complex assignments.
► Conduct research and prepare client presentations, information memorandums and
thought leadership documents.
► Attend L&D programs and exhibit through knowledge of advisory methodology and
consulting attributes.
► Keep abreast with developments in business related areas and assist team
leaders/managers in preparing client decks.
► Sector focus (basic understanding of the industry, trends, issues/challenges & key
players) based on the industry group alignment.
► Exhibit initiative and participate in corporate social and team events.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A degree in engineering – BE/B. Tech with good academic track record

• Pursuing Masters
• 0-1 year of relevant work experience

Ideally you’ll also have

• Strong oral and written communication, facilitation, relationship-building and

presentation skills
• Willing to travel extensively (post pandemic)
