JOB TITLE: ASSOCIATE MANAGING CONSULTANT

Facilitate discussions with the client to expound on the areas of proposed

improvements.
Concisely define the problem and speculate the suggested solution. Conduct
quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution.
Consolidate & compile the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client.
Develop and present a plan to implement the recommended changes via Oracle Cloud
Solutions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree from a top tier institution with good GPA

Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and
attention to detail.
Attitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Capability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA from a top tier institution with good GPA

Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite & Oracle Cloud.
Well-developed industry expertise in a domain of alignment (financial services,
consumer products, human capital, shared services, etc.)
Ability to lead teams with a sound work ethics, intellectual curiosity, and
exceptional client service.

PERSONALITY AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Ability to organize and manage intensive workloads.

A well-intentioned team player, dedicated to contributing towards the outcome
desired by the team.
High Level of emotional intelligence to cope with increasingly diverse clients and teams
Confidence and maturity to collaborate with senior executives and leaders.
