Requirements

The Role

 Lead the design, build and deployment of Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
 Engage with clients to understand their organisation’s needs and work closely with them
from developing a Cloud strategy through to delivering the full transformation journey.
 Be an SME for Azure Cloud services, identifying opportunities for enhancement and
expansion to meet the client’s needs and best practices.
 Build strong relationships as the trusted advisors for clients as they begin their Cloud
journey.

 Work in agile teams with internal and external clients as a Solution Architect
 Work with DevOps engineers and other Azure Solution architects to review and
implement enterprise solutions
 Lead Development Teams to build and deliver ideas and concepts through to cutting
edge, live, valuable services for clients.
 Work closely with teams to contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the
practice, championing mentoring, knowledge sharing and leadership across the team.
 Be a hands on role model and trusted leader for the team and across the business.
 Support Consultants in their review of function and technical specifications for clients of
high complexity and quality.
 Be at the forefront of Microsoft Cloud technologies, championing agile ways of working.

About You

Ideally you will have a strong career progression to date and have experience working with
recognized consulting brands on multiple large enterprise clients with a focus from financial
customers within retail or investment banking.

Your experience will include:

 5+ years of consultancy experience

 Experience as working as an Azure Infrastructure & Solution Architect on customer
delivery projects
 Core Industry experience from Financial services
 Experience in the following: Migration & Transformation projects onto Azure
 Expert knowledge in Azure on IaaS & PaaS services with a good understanding of IAM
and Networking, security controls, along with understanding of IaC and DevOps
pipelines.
 Strong communication and presentation skills
 Knowledge of FinOps cost control for Azure
 Certifications: AZ-305 | AZ-104

· An outstanding communicator with the ability to articulate solutions to problem solving

· Able to work with DevOps and Data Engineers and to communicate and articulate with project
managers and senior Azure architects

· Certifications in AZ-900, AZ-205, AZ-104, DP-300, DP-203 are a benefit.

· Willing to travel if needed

· Languages: Fluent in English
