looking for a Product Optimization Manager to join one of our teams at
Natural Intelligence!

As a Product Optimization Manager, you’ll be the focal point of the user


experience, user acquisition, and growth product strategies of the products
you will manage.
This includes full responsibility for product and optimization strategies,
roadmaps, implementation and analysis of AB tests, and establishing
financial goals and metrics to measure success.
You will own KPIs such as funnel conversion rates (CVR), average selling
rates and prices, lead quality, revenue generated, and other more granular
metrics. It’s important to have a background as a product manager who can
strategize, optimize, and clearly define online experiences for varying
customers.

Responsibilities

 Manage the full cycle of existing and new products.


 Strategize and prioritize initiatives based on impact, communicate
changes and trade-offs to a broader, global team while overseeing the
execution
 Evaluate, recommend, and implement product strategies to optimize
the user experiences, such as acquisition and cross-selling, while
minimizing abandonment
 Work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams such
as Content, Design, Dev, Data Analytics, Biz-Dev, Operations, and
Media, to develop, promote, align, and execute your strategy
 Lead and develop a positive business environment centered around
the customer

Requirements

 2+ years experience as Sr. Product Manager with Consumer Facing


experience.
 Data-driven professional with a desired background in managing
financial goals that determine the success of initiatives, with expertise
in defining relevant KPIs
 Extensive experience leading AB test roadmaps with proven financial
success
 Extensive experience leading user research to explain customer data
trends
 A highly motivated and team player individual
