So never label a customer.

retail industry is the CHANGE which
comes every day with new customers and
their needs.

TIPS FOR STORE FLOOR
MANAGERS
 There should not be any giggling and passing
comments in the store.
 Sales associates should not pounce on customers
while they enter the store or badger them in
the name of customer service.
 There should be a genuine smile to welcome the
customer in order to make them comfortable.
 Silence should be maintained in the store
especially in a book store.
 Should be aware of who is doing what
 at all times.
 The shoplifters should be handled in a
 manner that it does not disturb the other
customers.
