T h e G r a n d Fo u n d a t i o n f o r H i g h e r E d u c a t i o n
(GFHE) was created to aid and assist higher education
e n t i t i e s i n G r a n d C o u n t y U T. T h e G F H E m i s s i o n i s
three fold:

• Pr o m o t e t h e v a l u e o f h i g h e r e d u c a t i o n i n a c o m -
m u n i t y. To a s s i s t s t u d e n t s i n t h e p u r s u i t o f t h e i r c a r e e r
goals.

• Pr o v i d e t u i t i o n a s s i s t a n c e f o r s t u d e n t s p a r t i c i p a t i n g
i n h i g h e r e d u c a t i o n i n G r a n d C o u n t y U T. We s u p p o r t
v o c a t i o n a l / t e c h n i c a l , a s s o c i a t e , b a c h e l o r, c e r t i f i c a t e , m a s -
ters or doctorate degrees.

• Assist in the construction, purchasing, equipping,


staffing, and or the support of academic and faculty posi-
tions for programs that have been identified as a need in
G r a n d C o u n t y U T.
