This is the Von Gall version of the Samaritan Pentateuch (SP) known in German as Der Hebräische Pentateuch der Samaritaner.
The SP is a very important document for textual criticism of the Hebrew bible as it contains many older readings and differs with the Massoretic Text (MT) in as many as 6,000 places according to one estimate.
An excellent example of the differences between the SP and the MT is found in Genesis 2:2 {בראשׁית פרק ב פסוק ב}:

MT reads:
ויכל אלהים ביום השׁביעי מלאכתו אשׁר עשׂה וישׁבת ביום השׁביעי מכל־מלאכתו אשׁר עשׂה׃

English Translation (MT):
And God finished in the seventh day His work which He performed;
He rested in the seventh day from all His work which He performed.

SP reads:
ויכל אלהים ביום השׁשׁי מלאכתו אשׁר עשׂה וישׁבת ביום השׁביעי מכל־מלאכתו אשׁר עשׂה׃

English Translation (SP):
And God in the sixth day His work which He performed;
He rested in the seventh day from all of of His work which He performed.

The difference isn't much to the cursory reader, but to an exegete or scholar the foregoing variant has the potential to carry massive theological implications.

For a better idea of how greatly the SP at times differs from the MT, cross reference the SP&MT readings of Exodus 20:17-18.
