the centre of the deltoid muscle when

nostrils in the nasolabial fold.

in a fossa, just distal to the heads.

Proximal to styloid process of radius.

Two cun above ventral wrist fold between


the tendons of palmaris longus and the
flexor carpi radialis.

At the glabella, midway between the


medial margins of the eyebrows.

Tai-yang

"Supreme Yang"

At the temple, one cun directly posterior


to the midpoint of a line joining the
lateral canthus of the eye and the lateral
margin of the eyebrow.
Lung and Small Intestine Meridian
This is a top point for neck
and superior medial shoulder
region. You may need to search
for this point - it will be the
most tender spot you can find.

Apply deep pressure and allow the


pain to ease off for instant results.

Apply pressure for 10 to 15 seconds.
