SUBJECT: Complaint regarding menace created by few outsiders in our locality.

Respected Sir,

We the residents of the above given address want to highlight few problems being
faced on the daily basis such as;

 Few illegal encroachments have come up in our compound by building huts in the garden
premises, claiming that kalpatru construction ltd have allotted them the specified space.
 People residing in those hutments are drunkards, and especially on Sundays many
outsiders come & go in those hutments getting liquor bottles & eatables.
 These people enter through the main gate thus creating a menace in the locality among
the children’s and women’s, thus the situation has become quite worse in the last few
days.
 These Drunkard men fight with the watchman, giving them bad words, thus breaking all
the rules of our premises.

We would like to request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible thus
curbing this problem with appropriate measures.
