Dear Sir/Madam,

We the undersigned owners of J-Ahana tower in Amantra are writing this letter to request your
assistance in the formation of an Individual Co-op Housing Society for our tower. We are a group of
residents residing in J-Ahana who recently had an internal discussion and have decided to proceed in
forming an Individual co-operative housing society for better management and maintenance of our
tower.

We have come together with a common goal of improving the living conditions in our community
and believe that forming a building wise co-op housing society is the best way to achieve this. The
society will be managed and governed by its members, who will collectively make decisions
regarding the maintenance and development of our tower.

We kindly request that you guide us in the process of registering our society for J-Ahana Tower. We
would appreciate if you could provide us with the necessary forms and any other information that is
required for the formation of an individual co-op housing society. We are committed to following all
the rules and regulations set forth by the Registrar of Societies and are eager to move forward with
the formation of our society as soon as possible.
