We hope this letter finds us well. As a member of our Bria Homeowners Association, we are
writing today to discuss an important matter that directly impacts the well-being and future of
our community.

Over the past years, concerns have arisen regarding the effectiveness of our current
homeowner’s association leadership and the direction in which our community is headed.
Considering these concerns, a group of like-minded homeowners, including us, has come
together to explore the possibility of initiating positive change within our association.

Our primary goal is to ensure that our homeowners association is not only efficiently managed
but also representative of the collective needs and aspirations of our community members.
We firmly believe that by working together, we can create a stronger, more responsive, and
inclusive homeowners’ association.

To achieve this objective, we are launching a community-wide signature campaign to express

our collective desire for a change in leadership and a reevaluation of certain policies and
practices. We believe that a fresh perspective and enhanced community engagement will
contribute to a more vibrant and harmonious neighborhood for all residents.

We kindly ask for your support in this endeavor. By signing the attached petition, you are
voicing your endorsement for positive change and an improved homeowner’s association that
better reflects the values and interests of our diverse community.

In addition to your signature, we encourage you to share any specific concerns or

suggestions you may have. Your input is invaluable, and we want to ensure that our efforts
align with the priorities of the majority.

We plan to present the petition and our proposals at the upcoming homeowners association
general assembly which is scheduled to be set after finalizing this petition. Your support is

Nawa na ang liham na ito ay makarating nasa mabuti tayong

kalagayan. Bilang kaanib ng ating Bria Homeowners Association, kami
ay dumudulog sa inyo para sa usaping ikabubuti at kinabukasan ng
ating pamayanan.

Sa mga nakalipas na taon, mga alalahanin patungkol sa iral ng ating

kasalukuyang HOA at pamumuno nito, gayun na rin ang pamamatnugot
nito ay nagiging usap-usapan. At kung isasaalang-alang, may bilang ng
mga homeowners ang nagkaisa upang talakayin ang pagkamaaari ng
pagsisimula ng mabuting mga pagbabago sa ating pamayanan.

Ang aming pangunahing layunin ay ang matiyak na ang HOA ay

mapamahalaan ng mahusay at maikatawan ng mga pangangailan at
hangad ng mga kasapi ng ating pamayanan. Kami ay lubos na
naniniwala na tayo ay makahuhubog ng mamamayan na may malasakit
at matatag na bagong HOA.

At upang ang lahat ng ito ay maisakatuparan, kami ay maglulunsad ng

malawakang kapanya ng lagda upang ipabatid ang aming pagnanais
na mabago ang ilan sa mga patakaran at pamamalakad. Kami ay
naniniwala sa makabagong pananaw upang pagtibayin ang ating
pakikipag-ugnayan tungo sa mapayapa at masiglang pamayanan.
