This request ‘would include any e-mails that were sent or received from his personal e-mail account, The time frame for this request is Feb. 7" through Feb. 18", 2011. ‘As provided by the Open Records law, I will expect your response as soon as practicable and without delay. { will assume that if we don’t here from you by Feb. 25%, 2011 that you have denied this request.
