Preliminary Task: Student Magazine Final Task: Music Magazine

 Since completing the Preliminary Task, I have
developed many skills using various software such
as “Adobe PhotoShop”.
The School Magazine is evidently very basic, as I was
only learning the different features. The typography
used does not appear very professional or aesthetically
pleasing. Additionally the quality of the image is poor,
demonstrating lack of skills when editing in either
iPhoto or PhotoShop.
As my skills have developed, the research and
production of the Music magazine looks more
professional, making use of the availability of a
multi-modal blog. In addition, the language and mode of
address is in a suitable register, as opposed to the
Preliminary Task.

Throughout the research of the Music Magazine, I have established knowledge about the
marketing, publishing and distribution of magazines, which allowed me to create a
more aesthetically pleasing product.
