Process
1.FA/Exporter obtains K6 3.FZA processes documents 6.Packs container and 5.Nominates MT for 8.Issues BL & prepares
from 2nd carrier. and releases for re-export. endorses CPL. packing and prepares CPL Export Manifest(K5) to
2.FA/Exporter prepares 7.Terminal operator loads FZA & Customs 7 days
ZB1 + ZB2 together onto vessel. after ETD.
with IID/CSN and supp- Notes:
lementary documents Other documents required where applicable - Bill of Lading (BL)
submits to FZA. Dangerous goods must obtain approval from D.G. Dept., KPA - Export Manifest (K5)
4.FA/Exporter submits - ZB4 - for value adding - Transshipment Manifest (K6)
approved copy of IID, - CSN P/List - Forwarding Agent (FA)
CSN, IED,ZB1,ZB2 to - Dangerous Goods approval - Integrated Import Document (IID)
terminal operator. - Original Re-export Invoice - Integrated Export Document (IED)
- Import Licence if applicable - Free Zone Form (ZB1,ZB2,ZB4)
- Certificate of Origin
- KPWX N.B Cargo is imported into FCZ. From FCZ the cargo is then re-exported to final destination.
