Ideas: Print the treats and number pictures on heavy paper and cut. Use colorful, fancy plates as counting spaces for creating sets of cookies. Students will place number cards on plates and add the correct number of treats to the plates. Extra treats may be printed with number words for a variation of this activity. A student response sheet is included.
