The Teacher works under the supervision of the Principal to help design and implement an innovative, child-centered curriculum based on the New Mexico Public Education Code academic content standards. REQUIREMENTS: y NM Early Childhood (B-3) or Elementary Teaching (K-8) License. If you have a teaching license from a state other than New Mexico, you must show proof that you are able to obtain a NM teaching license within 90 days from date of hire. BA/BS in Education or a closely related field; MA/MS preferred. Able to lift 40 pounds, 20 times a day if needed. Computer literacy in email, word processing and internet navigation. Able to work some evening hours as required.
