I'm writing to thank you for letting me work at ICI
Balagtas since the skills I developed throughout this job-
based learning experience are very invaluable. I think the
knowledge I've gained here will be beneficial for both
my future career and others.
To say thank you to Mr. Leonardo Jun Santos. the

teachers and staff who guided me and assisted me in
developing my abilities during my work immersion
phase for their assistance, advice, understanding,
patience, and guidance.
Thank you for giving me this beautiful chance, Ms. Dez

Arielle C. Cedo, and please continue to support and help
us in carrying out the tasks efficiently so that we can see
what we can accomplish in the future.

INTRODUCTION
This is intended to describe and present my performance

as it relates to my work at ICI Balagtas.
The goal of OJT in this situation is for me to gain more

knowledge, get better, and recognize elements that will
enable each of us to advance. One approach to put our
skills to use is in the workplace or while getting on-the-
job training. We may put our abilities and expertise to
use through on-the-job training. It supports our academic
endeavors and helps us advance academically so that we
can do better in the future.
This also highlights the exhilarating encounters I had

while completing OJT training. I made new friends and
learned a lot, including how to organize and encrypt
student data in Excel. It helps me become more computer
literate.

HISTORY of IMMACULATE CONCEPTION INTERNATIONAL
EDUCATION SYSTEM, INC.
Primary, secondary, and university education are all

provided by the private educational institution
Immaculate Conception International Education System,
Inc. (ICI) in the Philippines. The school initially only
offered a small preschool program before progressively
adding elementary and secondary instruction. The
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science program at ICI
was launched in colleges in 2002.
ICI has expanded over time and built a number of

campuses across the nation, including those in Quezon
City, Bulacan, Batangas, and Laguna. In the modern day,
ICI provides a wide range of programs, including
Bachelor's and Master's degrees in a variety of subjects,
including business administration, information
technology, education, and psychology

complete our tasks at work and achieve our goal of
aiding struggling teachers. and for us to advance
professionally, learn new things, and cultivate a positive
working atmosphere.
MISSION
To be in possession of the skills, qualities, and

knowledge required to do the tasks associated with my
job function and accomplish my goal

INPUT, PROCESS, OUTPUT OPERATION
Input
- Work schedule (8am to 4pm)
- Task to be complete: Encoding Task and Grades of
students, checking test papers, providing help for
teachers.
Process
- Begin at 8am or earlier
- Review records
- Check all the test papers that need to checked.
- Provide any assistance to teachers if they need anything
like checking papers.
Output
- Accurately encoded all of the Grades Records of all
students.
- Provided assistance to teachers.
- Collaborated effectively with colleagues to complete all
of the task that given to us.

STRENGTHS

WEAKNESSES
 Noisy because of students are talking

 Sometimes too many students entering
workplace because of the aircon just to
cool off

LEARNING EXPERIENCE
While completing our OJT course at ICI Balagtas, I

learned a lot. We enhance our communication abilities
via interactions with our classmates, teachers, and other
members of the school community. I also learn how to
modify some documents and encode in Excel. I gain
knowledge on how to contend with pressure.
CONCLUSIONS
I came up with a lot of creative concepts during my OJT.

We encounter a lot of challenges, but I'm grateful I had
the chance to experience it. I'm grateful that our
immersion came to a successful conclusion without any
challenges and that I got to know my teammates,
teachers, and other members of the school personnel
better.
RECOMMENDATION
While they are out in the field, I advise students to learn

keyboarding, coding, and other office duties. I totally
agree with the suggestions that were made to ICT
students to improve their knowledge on ICI Balagtas.

DIARY

I regularly showed up at ICI Balagtas at 7:30 instead of
the scheduled time of 8 am. We greet the employees and
other teachers with a "good morning" and a smile on our
faces. We follow the directions they gave us, and if we
don't have a task to complete, we can wait for the others
or help them. After that, we took a break for lunch, went
about our business, completed our jobs, spoke with
coworkers when we had nothing else to do, and then
cleaned the office. Before we departed for the day, we
checked that everything was thoroughly clean.

I learned how to utilize Microsoft Office applications and Excel in the
computer department. Additionally, I checked some test papers and we
learned how to organize some school paperwork
Work is simple and quick if you collaborate with others; all

you need is their involvement and communication to
comprehend what they need to do.
They teach me how to manage paperwork and how to

interact with others, among other things. If we have free
time, I talk to them and get to know them better, which can
eventually develop to friendship or trust between us

I want to express my gratitude for giving me the chance to work as

an OJT student at ICI Balagtas. Over the course of ten days at work,
I learned a lot about the ICT sector.
Because you give me the chance to study and witness the many
facets of the ICT industry, including document editing,
communication with others, handling the most stressful situations,
and most significantly, time management. I am really appreciative of
the amazing chance you have given me to work, and I will use it to
