ACHIEVEMENT FROM THE TRAINING
On February 20, 2023 Maryjoy A. Opiz, oriented us to know what we are going to do. After that she taught us what are the do's and don’ts in our work

CONCLUSION
Work Immersion for the Grade 12 students is indeed vital and necessary to students because the program expands the student’s knowledge as it helps the
student’s experience their skills in the actual work area. Work Immersion is a launching step to a students’ knowledge actual working experience. The Trainee
can practice applying the lessons learned from the years of formal education and discovers that there are still a lot more to learn from the actual working field.
Moreover, Work Immersion serves as a source of man power for enterprise by having the privilege of hiring students that are the fresh-minded, intellectual
updated, goal oriented and are not yet expecting salaries. Work Immersion serves best by exposing the students to potential employers and the possibility of being
hired depending on the size needs of the company and in terms of the trainee’s performance as well.
RECOMMENDATION
With these observations, I stand for the Work Immersion to be a compulsory requirement for graduating student in Senior High School.
